Return-Refund policy


If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product you purchased please contact our Customer Support Team.
If the product was received damaged or defective or the company shipped the incorrect product we will resend your order free of charge and you will be able to keep wrong product.
We are sorry, but we don't accept the return of products. It is prohibited to return medicaments according to International rules.
If you do not like your product in any matter and you are not satisfied we will refund your payment or we will send another manufacturer, same ingredients generic product.

BTC - We will refund instant once you will open the case

Wire - Internation wires can take up to 4-6 days to be credited to your account.Please make sure sending full swift details for refund thats needed. Please note we refund only to the same account from where the payment was issued.

Credit card- After you open the refund case, your refund will be seen on your credit card within 7 days depending on your bank. Note, there might be same fees depending on your bank or currency you paid by.
